The exhibitor experience supports conscious community, ecological sustainability, active lifestyles, nature and outdoor experiences, health and wellness, and yoga (of course!). Ananda Yoga Festival is an opportunity for you to share the mission of your organization while being a vital part of a conscious community.

Share the mission of your organization at Ananda Yoga Festival. Present your products, platforms, or interactive experiences in our Mindful Marketplace. Be included in the festival schedule, website, and marketing materials. Amplify your message by including your products and information at the event.

What You Need To Know

Vendor space is limited and vendor applications will be accepted based on event requirements. If you wish to participate as a vendor, kindly review the information below and complete the vendor application. 

  • EVENT DATE Ananda Yoga Festival will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 9am to 5:30pm. Gates open at 8:30am.

  • EVENT LOCATION White Park in Downtown Riverside, California (3936 Chestnut Street, Riverside, CA 92501)

  • COMMUNITY VILLAGE HOURS Community Village will be open all day Saturday, May 16, 2026 (8:00am to 6:00pm).

  • VENDOR SET-UP Vendor set-up is from 7am to 8:30am on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Vendors must check-in by 7:30am and set-up by 8:30am.

  • VENDOR BREAK-DOWN Vendor breakdown is from 5pm to 6pm. Vendors must pack-up and exit the venue by 6pm.

  • VENDOR APPLICATION & PAYMENT Please complete the vendor application below. All applications are subject to review and approval by the festival organizers. After application review, a payment link will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Payment may be submitted online with a credit or debit card or in-person with cash or money order upon request. Vendor applications are not fully approved until payment has been submitted.

    • Early Bird Retail or Food Booth Fee: $50 (Before March 15, 2026)

    • Retail or Food Booth Fee: $75

    • Non-Profit Social Service Booth Fee: FREE

  • VENDOR APPLICATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE The deadline for vendor application and payment is April 15, 2026.

  • VENDOR BOOTH LOCATION A 10 x 10 booth space in Community Village will be reserved for you once your vendor application is approved and payment is received. Your booth space will be assigned in no particular order and at the sole and absolute discretion of the festival organizers. Electrical power is not provided for vendor booths.

  • THREE PEOPLE PER VENDOR BOOTH Vendors may host each booth space with up to three people. If a vendor anticipates needing more than three people to host a booth space, please contact the event organizers for further discussion.

  • MARKETING MATERIALS DEADLINE All marketing materials for vendors must be submitted by April 15, 2026, to ensure inclusion in event promotions.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY If a vendor is unable to attend the festival for any reason, 50% of the vendor fee is refundable before March 15, 2026. On or after that date, any and all vendor payments are non-refundable. Ananda Yoga Festival is a rain or shine event.
